NEW RELEASE: Broadcast news coverage, open for feedback
PIJI has released a national database of broadcast news producers (TV and radio) and we are seeking feedback from community and industry stakeholders.
PIJI’s Australian News Index and mapping now show almost 1200 news outlets – print, digital, radio and television – across Australia. For deeper insight into changes in news production and availability, read our July 2022 report.
PIJI’s continuing data and analysis assist industry, government and community to identify trends and issues, such as undersupply in news coverage, at all media scale, providing an important measure of the health of Australia’s news landscape.
Check the broadcast news coverage recorded in your local area and provide feedback by Monday 31 October
